ORLANDO, Fla. – Harvey L. Massey, Chairman and CEO of Massey Services, has announced the purchase of ECOSHIELD Pest Control of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The acquisition of the Oklahoma City division expands Massey Services’ presence to the Oklahoma market. Massey Services is headquartered in Orlando, Florida and currently provides service to over 450,000 customers throughout Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina and Oklahoma.
The Potomac Company represented and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ECOSHIELD in the sale.
