Morgan Truck Body acquires Multivans

MORGANTOWN, Pa., – Morgan Truck Body and its subsidiary, Morgan Canada Corporation announced the acquisition of Multivans, Inc. located in Bolton, Ontario. Multivans will continue to operate as a separate entity as Morgan–Multivans Canada Corporation.

Morgan recently began production in its 12th manufacturing facility (Plainfield, Connecticut) and previously announced plans to open an additional plant in the Midwest within the next several months.
