FX Luminaire Learning Center will offer design and installation classes on the National Green Centre Trade Show Floor.
The courses include:
- Design Essentials for the Outdoor Lighting Professional
- Installation Essentials for the Outdoor Lighting Professional
- LED vs. Halogen: a Case Study
The lighting sessions offered this year at the National Green Centre emphasis two specific elements: design and installation. While these topics are neatly divided into two distinct sessions, there is one common thread that connects them and answers the following question: How is this going to help you sell more lights? After all, profit should be a key motivating factor that keeps businesses moving forward.
The three sessions offered with FX Luminaire are included in the free exhibit hall only pass (and brought to attendees by Lawn & Landscape’s parent company GIE Media’s Horticulture Group). National Green Centre University and its marquee discussions “Horticulture in 2062: What the Consumer Will Buy & What the Industry Will Sell” will also happen on the trade show floor.
Check out the full conference education too, featuring education tracks for plants, landscape, natives, edibles and marketing, including sessions that meet LA CES and ISA CEU requirements.
The National Green Centre, presented by the Western Nursery & Landscape Association, will be held Jan. 8-9, 2012 at the National Green Centre (www.nationalgreencentre.org) in Kansas City. The National Green Centre features a trade show, education and many networking opportunities as well as the Sweet Melissa Fashion Show: the hottest new plants in horticulture.
