WASHINGTON – Attendees at the U.S. Green Building Council’s annual Greenbuild conference can earn continuing education credits.
The credits are approved by the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES). This year’s conference, which takes place November 17-19 in Chicago, offers 151 approved Greenbuild sessions for landscape architects and related design professionals.
A list of the more than 100 sessions through the American Society of Landscape Architects can be found at its course search site. LA CES courses are searchable by topic, location, date and education provider.
“Nearly half of all LA CES courses deal with different aspects of sustainability,” said ASLA Executive Vice President and CEO Nancy Somerville, Hon. ASLA. “Since Greenbuild is one of the top conferences for our members, it makes perfect sense for us to work with USGBC to expand continuing education opportunities for landscape architecture professionals.”
More information on Greenbuild can be found at the conference's website.
