Harvesters start Virtual Peer Group program

The new program provides owners with a sounding board to make better business decisions.

WILTON, Conn. – The Harvesters launched their Virtual Peer Group in order to help answer the following crucial questions:

• What’s stopping me from taking my business to the next level?

• Why do I feel so overwhelmed with the daily demands of one crisis after another?

• Why am I making money on paper, but I don’t have any left over at the end of the month?

Talking to other business owners in similar-sized companies can provide owners with a sounding board they need to make difficult decisions a little easier.

The Harvesters’ Virtual Peer Group brings together groups of eight to 12 contractor-related businesses from different geographic areas who are willing to share their time and experiences with others just like themselves. The companies in each peer group do not compete, but operate similar types of businesses. The Virtual Peer Groups will help the companies to overcome the challenges of operating, growing, building value and profitability.

The peer group meets monthly via phone to help each other deal with their burning business issues and support each other in their daily initiatives.
