First post-patent formulation of Isoxaben 75 WG

RALEIGH, N.C. – New Isoxaben 75 WG from Quali-Pro has received registration from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). A pre-emergent herbicide containing isoxaben, the active ingredient used in Gallery 75 DF, Quali-Pro’s Isoxaben 75 WG is the first post-patent formulation of this active for the turf, ornamental, landscape and nursery markets.

“Once again Quali-Pro is giving our customers and end-users a new alternative for long-term broadleaf weed control,” said Russ Mitchell, Quali-Pro marketing director. “Isoxaben 75 WG is another example of diligence from our research, formulation and manufacturing professionals to bring the first post-patent isoxaben product to market.”

Isoxaben 75 WG specialty herbicide is a pre-emergence product for control of certain broadleaf weeds in established turfgrass, landscape ornamentals, container-grown ornamentals, field-grown ornamentals, groundcovers/perennials.
