MILWAUKEE – Douglas Dynamics, the parent company of SnowEx, based in Madison Heights, Michigan, has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Detroit Free Press.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, formerly Workplace Dynamics, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
“We’re honored that SnowEx employees see the company as a rewarding place to work and build a fulfilling career. It’s a testament to the company’s values of accountability, excellence, innovation, leadership and fostering a collaborative environment,” said Linda Evans, vice president of human resources at Douglas Dynamics, LLC. “Our leadership team is proud of what the people in this company have achieved, and it is our privilege to provide a workplace that has the ability to attract top talent in Michigan and allow them to grow, thrive and enjoy coming to work here.”
