HERNDON, Va. – The National Association of Landscape Professionals has partnered with the Harvest Group to bring a new educational experience – The People Academy Live – to Orlando and Dallas this winter.
The People Academy Live – an NALP regional workshop experience – is a two-day intensive learning experience with landscape industry experts from The Harvest Group, who will share a comprehensive, step-by-step system that will enable landscape industry professionals to recruit and retain the right people.
“We know that finding the right employees – and keeping them – is one of the biggest concerns that landscape and lawn care companies face,” said NALP CEO Sabeena Hickman, CAE. “We are committed to helping our members find solutions to the employee challenge.”

Registration includes two full days of learning about hiring, training and retaining quality people; a recruiting tool kit (a $497.00 value); course materials, workbooks and handouts; and an optional employee handbook consultation.
The People Academy Live is approved for Landscape Industry Certified recertification at 1 CEU per hour of instruction attended.
