The Cleveland-based Pattie Groupis continuing a project that began in April to help clean up the grounds of Wigs for Kids.
A not for profit organization, Wigs for Kids provides hair replacement solutions for children affected by chemotherapy, alopecia, burns and other medical conditions.
On April 30, The Pattie Groupdid a phase one overhaul of the grounds of Wigs for Kids, stationed in the Cleveland suburb of Westlake, Ohio. They cleaned leaves and debris that had built up, and pruned bushes and trees to a more manageable size.
During the summer, The Pattie Group started a lawn care program to create a healthier, better looking lawn and did bed work to keep the weeds under control and in order.
In the fall, The Pattie Group put Wigs for Kids in its weekly route to ensure that the falling leaves would remain under control until spring, when the Group begins a phase two overhaul that includes pruning, bed enhancement, and general spring upkeep of the property.
