TruGreen made it on CareerBliss’ 50 Happiest Companies in America list. TruGreen ranked 10th on the list.
The award recognizes the top companies from around the United States that have a happier work culture and positive environment for their employees. This marks CareerBliss’ eighth annual list of the happiest companies in America.
CareerBliss surveyed thousands of workers and asked them to rate their employers on several factors. The company developed an unbiased process that allows employees to share what drives happiness at work. Some of the factors used for the list include employees’ relationship with management, workplace environment, compensation, satisfaction with job function and growth opportunities, Forbes reported.
