CLEVELAND, Oh. – Kichler, a leading lighting manufacturer, is pleased to announce the hiring of Ron Devorsky as national sales manager. Devorsky will be responsible for the planning and execution of all sales strategies and programs in Kichler’s dealer channel.
Devorsky comes to Kichler after spending 24 years with Sherwin-Williams, most recently as the vice president of sales. He also held various leadership positions within Sherwin-Williams, including district general manager and vice president of marketing and new product development.
"Ron’s experience in sales management, retail store operations, and driving business to stores through trade professionals and end-user communities will be beneficial to Kichler’s dealer business," says Dave Pamer, Kichler’s vice president of sales. "In addition, Ron’s strategic thinking and innovative nature will be welcomed assets to the Kichler sales team."
Devorsky’s background includes sales, marketing and store operations across various market segments in North America. As Kichler’s national sales manager, Devorsky will be responsible for the development and advancement of Kichler’s sales force.
Devorsky has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hiram College and is a resident of Strongsville.
