HESSTON, Kan. – Excel Industries, manufacturer of Hustler and BigDog turf equipment, reached a milestone on Oct. 20, 2015 when it produced it’s 500,000th mower.
“We’ve been building ZTR’s for a long time, said Bob Mullet, Excel vice president. “It’s humbling and exciting to think about all the employees, customers and suppliers that have enable us to reach the half-million mark.”
A company wide celebration was held on Dec. 4 at Excel’s corporate headquarters in Hesston, Kansas and included presenting a Hustler Raptor to a randomly selected employee.
