LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotions of Nathan Fadrowski, Kyle Meissner and Claire Seesman in the D.C. landscape management branch.

Fadrowski, a resident of Windsor Mill, Maryland, has been promoted to area manager. He joined the company in 2015 as a field manager in the Laytonsville landscape management branch and holds a bachelor’s degree in music from Shenandoah University.

Meissner, a resident of Marriottsville, Maryland, has also been promoted to area manager. He joined the company in 2013 as a crewman and quickly worked his way up to field manager in the Laytonsville landscape management branch.

As area managers, Fadrowski and Meissner will respectively be responsible for the sale, renewal and production of the D.C. branch’s landscape management work; the training and development of personnel; and ensuring quality, customer service and customer retention.

Seesman, a resident of Damascus, Maryland, has been promoted to enhancement manager. She joined the company in early 2015 as a designer in our Laytonsville landscape management branch and has since taken on additional responsibilities of a business developer. She is a Maryland Nursery Landscape and Greenhouse Association (MNLGA) certified professional horticulturalist and holds a bachelor’s degree in family studies and ecological design from Prescott College. As enhancement manager, she will be responsible for planning and executing all upgrades to help rejuvenate existing landscape management contracts.

“I’m confident that Nathan, Kyle and Claire are going to be great assets to the D.C. team and look forward to seeing them excel in their new positions,” said Chris Bixler, D.C. landscape management branch manager.
