ROSWELL, Ga. – SiteOne Landscape Supply announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pete Rose, Inc. Started in 1975, Pete Rose has one location in the Richmond, Va. market, and is a distributor of natural stone and hardscape material. The deal is scheduled to close in Jan. 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
