WEST CHICAGO, Ill. – Daniels Plant Food has hired Mark Freeman as western technical sales manager. He joins Eastern Technical Sales Manager Danny Brooks and the rest of the Daniels team of experts in the field, selling organic-based and cost-effective plant food products for the professional grower, landscaper and home gardener.
Mark has extensive experience as a grower and greenhouse manager, with more than 30 years in the green industry. Most recently he was assistant branch manager with John Deere Landscapes in Troy, Mich., and has previous technical sales experience with Florikan in Sarasota, Fla.
“His experience working with and selling fertilizers makes Mark a great asset to the Daniels team,” said Bill Doeckel, general manager for Ball Innovations. “He will help existing and new clients maximize their relationship with Daniels Plant Food.”

As western technical sales manager, Mark will support growers and Daniels distributors west of the Mississippi by providing product-use information, sampling and trialing.
