Mullin Landscape Associates is in the process of creating an experience through the landscape of Arlington Plantation House and Gardens located in downtown Franklin, Louisiana.
The company is transforming the outdoor space at this 1830’s plantation in order to host weddings and events. Revenue generated from hosting events will go towards the continued improvement of the plantation. Mullin Landscape’s Senior Landscape Architect and native New Iberian, Martin Romero, PLA, ASLA, has been working with the owners of Arlington Plantation, Tyler and Matthew LeBoeuf, to restore this historical landmark.
The project includes brick work with large lawns and immense landscaping, as well as a sugar kettle fountain feature and several other details to accentuate the traditional elements of the plantation’s architecture. Project completion is on schedule for January 2017.
