MIAMISBURG, Ohio – Registration is now open for GROW! 2015, and the agenda focuses on simple ways to boost sales and recruit stellar employees.
The conference, organized and run by Marty Grunder, L&L columnist and CEO of Grunder Landscaping, will be held at The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort in St. Simons Island, Ga., Feb. 4-6 of next year.
Sessions for the three-day conference will focus on helping landscapers and lawn care operators:
- Sell more work to their existing client base
- Motivate their team to think like owners
- Attract and keep talented employees
- Develop a profitable, fun business model
For a preview of the education you’ll get at GROW! 2015, register for our upcoming webinar.
“GROW! is like no other educational experience in the green industry. It's not a pack you in a room, dim the lights, infomercial-type of thing. It's a holistic approach to growing a landscaping company,” says Grunder. “It's put on for landscapers by successful landscapers. We give landscapers the tools, ideas and motivation to make a difference at work and at home.”
The conference will also feature an exclusive tour of Coastal Greenery, a full-service landscape company in Brunswick, Ga.
“One of the best reasons to attend GROW! is that you’ll get a jump start on your year,” Grunder says. “We all need some motivation some times. And you’ll learn that it’s possible for you to do way more with your landscape company than you ever have.”
