The Brickman Group recently acquired D. Foley Landscape, based in South Walpole, Mass.
The company was founded in 1987 by Dan Foley and has expanded to Boston and surrounding areas. Gaithersberg-Md.-based Brickman, No. 3 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 150 list, posted revenue of $683 million in 2008.
The management team at D. Foley Inc will retain their current positions, continue to serve existing clients and add Brickman clients. D. Foley Landscape’s CampusCare Division, which services college campuses, private schools and sports facilities, will also join forces with Brickman , and will be able to draw from Brickman’s SportsTurf Services Division.
“It’s really exciting to have joined the Brickman team,” said Dan Foley. “We’re looking forward to growing the business here in the New England area.”
“Boston is one of the last remaining large markets in the country where our clients needed us to be,” said COO Jeff Herold.
