Ruppert adds support to corporate team

LAYTONSVILLE, Va. – Ruppert Landscape has added support for its corporate team by hiring Courtney Oswald and Lauren Moyer.

Oswald, a resident of Olney, Md, has been hired in the newly created position of executive assistant to the company’s CFO. She previously worked in a public accounting firm and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stevenson University. In this position she will be assisting the CFO with managing the company’s finances, insurance, payroll, benefits, accounting and business processes and will also be responsible for general office duties.

“With Courtney’s accounting background and organizational skills, she was the perfect fit for this position,” said Ken Hochkeppel, CFO. “She is a quick study, has a real can-do attitude and an attention to detail that will enable her to add value in many areas. We are looking forward to many good things from her.”

Moyer, a resident of Mt. Airy, Md, has a human resources background and has worked in the construction industry prior to accepting the position with Ruppert. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Virginia Tech. In the position of administrative assistant, she will be supporting the company’s safety, training, recruiting and facilities efforts.
