GREENSBORO, N.C. – Syngenta has introduced Monument 75WG herbicide in a single-dose, water-soluble small-pack.
A broad-spectrum selective herbicide, Monument 75WG controls all major sedges and more than forty other weeds, including key lawn weeds on warm-season grasses, the company said. Monument 75WG is packaged in new individual 0.5 gram pre-measured packets.
One packet per two-gallon backpack sprayer is all that is needed. This broad-spectrum, post-emergent herbicide is effective on dandelion, crabgrass (suppression), nutsedge, clover and spurge among other broadleaf and grassy weeds.
“Monument 75WG makes it easy for lawn and landscape professionals to control difficult weeds and nuisance sedges post-emergence, all with one product,” said Laurie Riggs, lawn care market manager for Syngenta Turf & Landscape. “The innovative, easy-to-use package design eliminates waste and measuring error.”
