SAN DIEGO, Calif. – LandCare branch and regional leaders met in San Diego last week to learn, share best practices and build relationships. Over the week, participants were charged with approaching their business with open minds and a willingness to do things differently.
CEO Mike Bogan kicked off the week with a celebration of the successes of the past year, and set the tone for moving forward, with a focus on taking care of team members, clients and community.
“I’m excited to see the enthusiasm and commitment of our teams across the business,” said Bogan. “This was a challenging year of change and to have witnessed how our branch and regional leaders embraced that change makes me confident we have some of the brightest, most passionate individuals leading our teams. That puts us in a strong position to move forward and become a true leader in the commercial landscape industry.”
Senior leaders hosted education sessions on building strong teams, sales leadership and effective production techniques. Team members also learned from each other by sharing experiences and best practices, including innovative thinking and new technology for maximizing service and efficiency.
Social activities were designed to encourage attendees to network across the organization.
“This business is built on relationships,” said Rob Barber, VP of operations. “We are especially grateful to the strong relationships we have with our vendor partners whose generosity sponsored our conference and whose continuing engagement enables us to perform at our best for our clients and our teammates.”
