ORLANDO, Fla. – Massey Services recently announced a series of promotions.

John Vallillo has been hired as Massey Services’ new customer care director. Prior to joining Massey, Vallillo worked for customer service centers in Orlando and Miami. Vallillo has a strong customer satisfaction and retention focus having developed and managed inbound and outbound programs in sales, customer service and retention.
Vallillo will play a valuable role in bringing the Customer Care team to the next level to meet Massey’s growing needs. In his new role, he will be responsible for implementing state-of-the art tools into the department to increase customer satisfaction and retention. He will also be tasked with additional projects, such as developing an enhanced training program for Customer Care Specialists, Web site enhancements and reporting analyses.
“Providing customers with a satisfactory experience is Massey Services top priority,” said Tony Massey. “John brings more than 15 years of customer service experience to Massey. We are pleased to have him join our Massey family and enhance our customer care.”

On the company’s lawn care and maintenance side, Tony DiBerardino has been name manager of Massey’s GreenUp division. DiBerardino has been with the company for nearly seven years.
“Throughout his career, Tony has acquired extensive technical training and experience in lawn care that will help us continue to open new GreenUP Service Centers and expand our current line of GreenUP Services in the marketplace, including irrigation and renovation,” said Tony Massey.
Prior to becoming division manager, DiBerardino served as the general manager for the Melbourne, Oviedo and GreenUP Oviedo service centers. He began his career at Massey as a sales inspector. In his new role, DiBerardino will be responsible for overseeing the entire GreenUP division.
GreenUP Lawn, Tree & Shrub Care is a comprehensive and customized agronomic program designed to create a green, healthy and beautiful landscape around the home. Massey Services’ environmentally responsible approach does not include the routine broadcast application of pesticides.
Finally, Adam Scheinberg has been promoted to the position of director of information systems. In his new role, Scheinberg will oversee all information system initiatives for Massey Services and MPB Communications. Scheinberg began his career with Massey Services in May 2003 as the systems manager.
Tony Massey feels Scheinberg has proven to be an extremely talented and hardworking team member, saying, “I am certain, with his talent and work ethic, Adam will continue to successfully ‘lead the charge’ in helping us to reach our technology goals.”
