A well-established DeSoto County landscaping company recently acquired a longtime Memphis-based lawn spray business.
Master Lawn, a subsidiary of Olive Branch-based parent company Michael Hatcher & Associates, closed on a deal to buy Mid-South Turf and Ornamental. Michael Hatcher, president and CEO of Michael Hatcher & Associates, told the Memphis Business Journal that the deal was finalized on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
“By joining forces, customers of both companies will benefit from a broader range of horticultural services and technician experience,” Trey Ball, CFO and general counsel of Michael Hatcher & Associates, said in a release. “In addition, customers will benefit from expanded service lines including mosquito spray, flea and tick control, as well as holiday season lighting and decorations.”
