McHale Landscape Design promotes 4 in Annapolis

McHale Landscape Design recently promoted four employees at its Annapolis office.

• Ryan Davis has been promoted to managing director. Davis, who began his career with McHale as an intern in 2003, worked as a design assistant before leading his own team. After a brief hiatus to focus on family, he returned in 2022 as a lead senior landscape designer and now steps into this key leadership role. 
• Andrew Moore has been promoted to manager of design operations. Since joining McHale in 2012 as a design assistant, Moore has worked heavily in project management and design execution.
• Christopher Joseph also joined McHale in 2012 as a design assistant, ending up as the production manager in the Annapolis office. Recently, Joseph joined Hans Bleinberger’s design team as design & construction project manager.
• Jack Lerch joined McHale in 2020 as an IT specialist but will now serve as IT manager, overseeing the critical task of maintaining and advancing the company's server infrastructure and company-wide technology.
