DENVER – Metco Landscape, a portfolio company of Westhook Capital and provider of commercial landscape services in Colorado, has announced its acquisition of Perfection Grounds Maintenance, a provider of commercial landscape maintenance services in Colorado Springs.
PGM’s Founder and President Dan Pohja will continue to lead PGM. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
