Middleton Lawn & Pest Control continues its growth in Florida with the acquisition of Marshall Pest Control of Naples. Middleton's parent company, Sunair Services Corp., acquired Marshall, which will be integrated into Middleton's operations. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Marshall Pest Control has provided lawn, shrub and pest control services to homeowners and businesses throughout Collier and Lee counties since 1997. The acquisition marks Middleton's entrance into Collier and Lee counties, says Sunair's CEO John Hayes, noting the Naples market is one of the nation's fastest-growing metro areas.
"The acquisition of Marshall Pest Control demonstrates our commitment to closing the county gap along two main corridors, the southeastern and southwestern coasts of Florida," says Greg Clendenin, Middleton's CEO. "The Naples area is strategic in our efforts to expand the Middleton brand given that it offers two market imperatives, rapid growth and an attractive base of customers."
