Middleton Lawn & Pest Control was honored recently at the annual “Children Must Count Awards,” a public service program hosted by the Orange County Citizens Commission for Children. Middleton, based in Orlando, Fla., received the “Corporate” finalist award at the event, which recognizes outstanding individuals, organizations and businesses for their volunteer efforts on behalf of children, seniors and families in their community.
By actively supporting the Central Florida Mentoring Network, Little League, Weekends of Greater Orlando, Charity Cars, A Gift for Teaching, the Orlando Science Center, and a variety of other organizations, Middleton Lawn & Pest Control has shown its continued advocacy for children in Central Florida. Middleton’s president, Greg Clendenin, chairs the Central Florida Mentoring Network -- an organization that has matched 3,000 adult mentors with children across Central Florida.
