Moneypenny has been recognized as a ServiceTitan Certified Provider.
The effort comes as more home services companies turn to Moneypenny for call answering and customer support given the demands of being in the field, a need ServiceTitan also addresses with its software platform that helps home and commercial services contractors run their businesses.
“We believe great customer experience starts with empowered employees. Earning ServiceTitan certification required significant time, discipline, and leadership across our teams, but it ensures our people are fully equipped to support contractors, franchisees, and enterprise operators at scale. This certification strengthens both the experience we deliver to customers and the careers we build internally,” says Charles Hawkins, sector sales lead of home services at Moneypenny.
To qualify, a significant proportion of Moneypenny’s receptionists handling calls must be fully ServiceTitan certified ensuring agents are trained to work directly within the ServiceTitan platform. This includes answering calls, managing lead intake, booking jobs and handling workflows to ServiceTitan standards.
“ServiceTitan is more than just software, it's the operating system for the trades, which is why we made a meaningful commitment to earn this,” says Kris Altiere, U.S. head of marketing for Moneypenny. “Helping home services businesses scale with tools like ours, it also provides valuable training and support, and we’re honored to partner with them.”
Moneypenny also recently moved to a simplified pricing model. Previously offered across multiple plans, the new pricing structure eliminates the need for customers to decide which level of service best fits their needs. Instead, every customer now receives complete access.
Moneypenny, a leader in world-class customer communication solutions, recently also launched an AI Receptionist. The next-generation virtual assistant speaks naturally with callers, giving businesses greater flexibility in how they manage customer conversations.
