For an upcoming webinar, Monrovia has partnered with Swytchback, a consumer research technology platform, to learn how garden center customers make purchasing decisions.
Experts from both companies will share new data on how inventory mix, size assortment and perceived availability influence whether shoppers buy, buy a lot more or simply walk away.
The webinar will cover:
- The hidden signals shoppers read from a company's benches
- How assortment drives confidence and purchase
- Research-based insights companies can use immediately
Katie Tamony, chief marketing officer and trend spotter for Monrovia, will be joined by Cole Patterson, co-founder and head of product at Swytchback. Patterson, a fellow at Santa Clara’s Retail Management Institute, brings deep expertise in consumer behavior, analytics, human-centered design and retail innovation — and works closely with leading retailers to translate insight into action.
The webinar runs Wednesday at 1 p.m. EST. Registration is still available.
