Mullin, which provides commercial landscape and industrial services across Louisiana and the Gulf South, has appointed Scott Miller as chief operating officer.
Miller will oversee all operational functions across the company's commercial landscape maintenance, construction and industrial services divisions.
"Scott's appointment as COO represents a significant milestone in our evolution as an organization," says Chase Mullin, founder & CEO. “Mullin is scaling rapidly, and as we enter our next phase of growth and geographic expansion, disciplined execution across every market we serve becomes even more critical. Scott brings the leadership, credibility, and operational expertise to align our teams and elevate performance company-wide.”
As COO, Miller will be responsible for driving operational performance across all Mullin branches, standardizing processes, developing leadership talent, maintaining safety and quality standards and ensuring service delivery.
Miller is a licensed landscape horticulturist and an active advocate for the landscape industry, including his work supporting the H-2B workforce program at the national level. A lifelong resident of the Baton Rouge area, he brings deep regional expertise and strong ties to the Gulf South landscape community.
Mullin was named as one of Lawn & Landscape's Best Places to Work in 2025.
"Great operations aren't built on systems alone — they're built on people, accountability, and a relentless focus on doing what we say we'll do," Miller says. "My priority is to ensure that every team member, every branch, and every client interaction reflects the standards Mullin is known for. I'm honored to lead this effort and excited about what we can accomplish together."
