The National Association of Landscape Professionals will bring together landscape business owners and team members this summer as it hosts the NALP Field Trip June 17-18 at Timberline Landscaping in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The event is presented in partnership with the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado.
The NALP Field Trip is designed to give attendees practical insight into day-to-day operations, leadership practices and the company's workforce strategies and systems. The program includes guided facility tours, discussions with Timberline’s leadership team and focused sessions on workforce strategy, project management and long-term growth.
Timberline Landscaping has built a diversified company spanning residential and commercial landscape construction and maintenance, tree care, irrigation, and snow services. The company's revenue annual exceeds $45 million and employs more than 320 team members.
“Timberline Landscaping is the kind of company every contractor can learn from,” says Britt Wood, CEO of the National Association of Landscape Professionals. “Attendees will see how a multi-division company aligns culture, performance, and profitability across services. It is a rare opportunity to learn from a team that has built both depth and breadth in its market."
