Nature Care, Bay Pro landscaping companies officially merge

Nature Care Landscaping of Los Angles has completed merger with Bay Pro Landscape Services of San Jose, California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This transaction was closed in September 2020 and all employees of Bay Pro Landscape Services will now work for Nature Care Services.

Bay Pro Landscape Services is a landscape firm that services Bay Area customers. The company provides landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancement, installation, arbor care, pest control and weed management services. The company’s 75 trained professionals serve clients across the corporate, HOA and multi-family segments.

Nature Care Services was founded in 1976 and operates in greater Los Angeles, Orange County and Bay Area, and specializes in renovation, irrigation system repairs, and weekly maintenance. They service commercial properties, HOAs and apartment buildings.
