Ned’s Lawn Treatment, a division of Ned’s Home, has acquired Pennsylvania Turf Management Company.
Based in Glenside, Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Turf Management Company was founded by Mark Schmid in 2006. It provides lawn fertilization, weed management, and aeration/overseeding services to residential customers in suburban Philadelphia.
Meanwhile, Ned’s Home is a home service provider focused on lawn care, pest control, and gutter cleaning.
“I chose to sell my business to Ned’s Home based (first) on their respect for my team and secondly their commitment to quality," Schmid says. "Their acquisitions team made the process of selling the business I spent nearly 20 years building incredibly smooth, quick, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the end result."
“I’m elated to welcome Pennsylvania Turf Management Company’s team and customers to the Ned’s Home family, given our shared commitment to quality service and family values,” says Ned’s Home CEO Rob Rapuano.
