Netafim USA, the precision agriculture business of Orbia, has promoted Melissa Lilze to the position of senior director of sales for the company.
The appointment represents the first woman to ever serve in this role at Netafim USA.

Lilze will be the head of North American sales, overseeing all agricultural, landscape, and specialty sales, including wastewater and mining.
With over 15 years of experience in agricultural sales and business development, Lilze has built a career in agricultural sales. In her previous roles at PureSense, Agrian and Netafim, she expanded markets, scaled operations and led strategic initiatives to aid sustainable irrigation practices.
Lilze regularly shares her insights on leadership, innovation, and sustainability through speaking engagements and social media channels.
