Plans have been finalized for the 16th annual Nevada Landscape Association Trade Show & Conference, scheduled for Feb. 14, 2006 at the Reno Hilton, Reno, Nev. This venue is an old favorite and will give exhibitors an exciting opportunity to showcase their products. Located five minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, the Reno Hilton is a 2,000-room luxury hotel, resort, casino and convention facility.
In celebrating its 16th year, the event will be focused on professionalism. We want to raise the bar professionally for both individuals and companies within the industry. The trade show will feature a collection of leading growers, nurseries, equipment suppliers, manufacturers and distributors of lawn and garden products and services. Show hours will be 8 a.m. through 4 p.m.
The Nevada Landscape Association will be running four conference tracks adjacent to the trade show with Nevada and California pesticide continuing education units (CEUs) and International Society of Arboriculture (CEUs) offered. Seminars will begin at 8 a.m. and run until 4 p.m. Green industry experts will give targeted education sessions for industry professionals that are designed to grow their business and their knowledge. A luncheon will be held from noon to 1 p.m. for attendees and exhibitors next to the trade show.
