New Castle Lawn & Landscape has expanded with the purchase of an additional 12 acres of land adjacent to its headquarters off Route 724 in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.
The newly acquired property will immediately create additional parking and staging areas. Plans also include the installation of an on-site fuel station designed to streamline operations and increase efficiency for New Castle’s growing fleet and crews.
“This expansion is an exciting milestone for New Castle,” says CEO Brad Stephenson and Brian Cuccaro, co-founder and president, in a joint statement. “As we continue to grow and serve more clients across the region, this additional space allows us to improve efficiency, better support our employees, and deliver an even higher level of service while continuing our mission to positively impact 100,000 lives.”
New Castle Lawn & Landscape serves both commercial and residential clients throughout the region, offering a full suite of landscape and outdoor living services. In addition to its Birdsboro headquarters, New Castle also operates a satellite location in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Fulton Bank and the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance helped finance the project. Burkey Construction has been selected to spearhead the development of the site.
