WILLISTON, Fla. - The Tree Tech® microinjection system is designed as an environmentally safe tree care because it minimizes loss of administered solutions to the surrounding environment. That is of important consideration compared to traditional methods of applying products to trees, such as spraying, which can result in pesticide drift.
Tree Tech offers several nationally labeled fungicides, insecticides, bactericides and nutrients packaged in cases of 100 microinjection units or cartons of 25 units, including:
Alamo®
A broad-spectrum fungicide (propiconazole) manufactured by Novartis that aids in control of oak wilt, Dutch elm disease, sycamore anthracnose and cedar apple rust, apple, scab and other leaf diseases of flowering crabapple.
Systrex®/Nutrient
A broad-spectrum systemic fungicide/micronutrient solution for the treatment and reinvigoration of trees declining due to abiotic and disease-related causes. It contains Bayleton fungicide from Bayer AG and a fertilizer solution including nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Dendrex®
A broad-spectrum systemic insecticide for control of certain insects on trees and shrubs. Dendrex is labeled for aphids, scales, sawflies, beetles and other common insect pests.
Harpoon®
A restricted-use organophosphate insecticide manufactured by Gowan Company and labeled for the control of a wide variety of bark beetles borers, leaf miners and other insects in forest, ornamental, and non-crop-bearing trees.
Tree Tech® OTC
An oxytetracycline antibiotic for the control of bacterial and mycoplasma-related diseases such as fire blight, bacterial leaf scorch, X-disease, elm/ash yellows, elm phloem necrosis and lethal yellows of palm.
