NEW PRODUCTS: Praxis Corp. PRX13.0 Stump Machine

The portable Stump Machine is made from thick gauge steel and is well balanced, making it easy to operate and maneuver. The machine grinds down a 3-foot diameter oak stump to 6 inches below ground level in 30 to 40 minutes, according to Praxis.

The unit includes:

• 13-hp Honda engine with Cyclone air cleaner;



• 3/16-inch thick steel frame;



• Cutting blade with 12 tungsten carbide tips;



• Noram centrifugal clutch;



• High torque drive system;



• Disc brake system;



• Low vibration dual-grip operator handle;



• Ingersoll Rand Fafnir bearings;



• Sno Hog tires;



• Super 2 Vee banded drive belt; and



• Fast change oil drain.

The machine weights 240 pounds and comes with videos on the machine’s operation and proper sharpening techniques. Praxis also provides training and supplies additional equipment needed for sharpening and maintenance.
