FORT MILL, S.C. - PowerHouse Equipment, a national equipment provider, has introduced the PowerHouse Prodigy, a 13-hp compact loader. Contractors can use the Prodigy on landscaping, irrigation or other jobs to trench, auger, till, move materials and perform other tasks while saving labor costs of having several workers do the same jobs that one worker can accomplish on the Prodigy.
The Prodigy offers several attachments, including standard and mulch buckets, trenchers, auger power heads, 6-inch to 24-inch augers, tillers, rippers and tow hitches. A custom-built trailer, which can be pulled behind a standard sport utility vehicle or pick-up truck, is available to carry the Prodigy and its attachments.
PowerHouse Equipment said the Prodigy increases productivity while reducing the laborers necessary to complete each job. Roger Braswell, president of PowerHouse Equipment, who originally imported and introduced the Dingo Digging System to the U.S. market, noted the Prodigy’s slogan, "More work … less labor!"
