NJLCA hosts three-day workshop

Budgeting, Estimating and Project Management

This 3-day workshop series will cover budgeting, estimating and project management. These full day business workshops are for both the experienced contractor looking to improve their business skills, as well as newer green industry professionals who need to get a better handle on pricing and running their jobs efficiently and profitably.

 

Classes will be taught by Marcus vandeVliet, of MV Enterprises who has over 25 years of real world experience helping landscape contractors grow and succeed. There will be three individual classes held on consecutive Fridays, each from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
