COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Florists’ Association (OFA) Short Course drew 10,499 attendees to the four-day educational event for floriculture professionals, which included a one-day interiorscape workshop attracting 90 participants.
Despite a decrease in the number of interiorscape workshop participants, the overall show broke previous Short Course attendance records, increasing by 400 from 2001
The 1,238-booth trade-show floor was sold out and featured 571 companies from around the globe and all segments of the floriculture industry. This year, more than 50 booth spaces were added to the show and 107 new companies exhibited.
Next year’s OFA Short Course will be held July 12 to 16 in Columbus, Ohio. For more information, contact OFA at 614/487-1117 or see www.ofa.org.
