OneOutdoor Holdings acquires Georgia Scapes

OneOutdoor Holdings has acquired Georgia Scapes, an Atlanta-based provider of commercial landscape services to the multi-family, HOA and production home builder end markets since 2001.

Since October 2021, OneOutdoor, a Florida-based provider of commercial landscape maintenance and construction services, has completed five acquisitions in Florida, forming Benchmark Landscaping. Benchmark is led by Jason Ackman, formerly of Ackman Bros. Landscaping, which he founded with his brother and sold to Yellowstone Landscape in 2015. 

The acquisition of Georgia Scapes, OneOutdoor’s first outside of Florida, further expands its capabilities and accelerates growth in the Southeast, driving increased value for customers.
