Anita Gottschalk designs and installs landscapes that incorporate pavers, so her sweepstakes prize is something she can use. She entered a recent Lawn & Landscape online sweepstakes and won a pallet of Dimex’s paver restraint, a one-piece restraint system that is heavy and durable, yet flexible enough to preserve curves.
Gottschalk works for her husband’s company - Garrick-Santo Landscape Co. in Malden, Mass., just north of Boston. There she works on the design and implementation of various landscape projects, about 70 percent of them residential and the rest commercial.
The company, which also offers full maintenance service, has about 26 employees. Gottschalk has been with the company for 18 years.
