OTR Engineered Solutions names Oscar Torres president, CEO

OTR Engineered Solutions has appointed Oscar Torres as president and CEO, effective January 5.

Torres brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in private equity–backed organizations, with deep expertise in the aerospace aftermarket. He spent the majority of his career at Kellstrom Aerospace, a global distributor and technical services provider, where he advanced through senior leadership roles including chief financial officer, chief operating officer and CEO.

During his tenure at Kellstrom, Torres played a key role in multiple strategic acquisitions and divestitures and helped position the company as a leading global supply-chain solutions provider serving airlines, OEMs, MROs, and aircraft lessors worldwide.

Torres is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
