Parsley joins Cetane Associates

Cetane Associates is pleased to announce that Whitney Parsley has joined its financial advisory firm as an associate, effective April 15, 2024. Parsley provides paralegal support to the firm’s M&A deal execution team. She will be based at Cetane’s Houston, Texas office.

Parsley is an experienced corporate paralegal and compliance manager. Prior to joining Cetane Associates she worked at the in-house legal departments of The Tatitlek Corporation in Anchorage, Alaska, and Quanta Services, Inc. out of Houston, Texas. Parsley has 18 years of experience and specializes in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Parsley has a paralegal certification from Houston Community College. She enjoys her hobbies of scuba diving, softball, swimming and especially time with her family of five children and nine grandchildren.
