GEHL NAMES VP OF MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS. William Gehl, chairman and chief executive officer of Gehl Co. recently announced today the appointment of Daniel Miller to the position of vice president, manufacturing operations. Miller joined Gehl in October of 2001 as director of manufacturing operations.

Prior to joining Gehl Co., Miller held a variety of management positions in manufacturing and distribution, the most recent of which were general manager of distribution and logistics, and operations manager of multiple facilities at Woods Equipment Co., a manufacturer of agricultural, turf and construction equipment.

RON PILSNER JOINS PACE. Welcoming Ron Pilsner, power equipment distributor PACE of Plymouth, Mich., now boasts more than 120 years of combined experience on its sales force. Pilsner has more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the power equipment. Effective Jan. 3, he will be responsible for serving PACE’s Wisconsin and Minnesota dealers from his Wisconsin office.
