HARRISBURG, Pa.- The Pennsylvania Floral Industry Association (PFIA) welcomes Dave Musselman of Musselman Wholesale Foliage in Cashtown, Pa., to the board of directors. Directors are elected for three-year terms, and may serve two consecutive terms.
Musselman has been the owner of Musselman Wholesale Foliage since 1977, and was partner with his father until 1993. He grew up in Cashtown and has been involved in the family business of floriculture his entire life.
Musselman, his wife and two children all play active roles in Musselman Wholesale Foliage. He looks forward to having the opportunity to be so directly involved with the association by serving on the board of directors. “I believe strongly in education and strengthening of the floriculture industry,” Musselman says.
The PFIA is a professional industry organization offering information, training and education for the floral industry in Pennsylvania. Its members include retail florists, flower and plant growers, floral wholesalers, interior landscapers, and associated businesses, educators and students.
