CLEARWATER, Fla. – Phillips Environmental Services inked a deal to provide maintenance and replenishment services for 45 Home Depot stores located throughout Central Florida. The coast-to-coast region encompasses Home Depots from Crystal River to Naples on the Gulf Coast, Daytona Beach to Ft. Pierce on the East Coast and all the areas in between.
Phillips Environmental will provide full-service landscape maintenance, including irrigation maintenance and monitoring, disease and insect control, fertilization and regular mowing and cleanup as well, for these 45 facilities. The 4-year-old company was selected for this three-year contract based on their reputation and experience in handling statewide multiple locations and that fact that Phillips had performed well for Home Depot on a local level, according to a company release.
Chris Phillips, president, Phillips Environmental Services, credits his staff with enabling the company’s steady growth and success. “Every person who works here has bought into our approach to the business, and it shows not only in how they perform for our clients, but in how we all interact as professionals,” he said. “When clients see our employees in their clean uniforms and spotless vehicles, it reflects well on how they want to be perceived. Add to that our penchant for employing only the best at their position, and you have a winning combination. The latest result is this multi-year contract with a Fortune 500 company like Home Depot.”
