At The Winner's Circle's 2002 Business Boot Camp in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jan. 17-19, tours were conducted of two Ohio companies: Grunder Landscaping and Buckeye EcoCare. Following is a photo story, depicting some aspects of the businesses that were on display.

At Buckeye EcoCare, employees are given a wooden plaque and for each year of service they receive a silver dollar. These plaques are prominently displayed above employees' desks to show the company's pride in years of service excellence.
