Stephen Falatovich has been named chief executive officer of Plantscape, Pittsburgh, Pa., firm president Carole Horowitz announced.
Falatovich has served as chief operations officer of the Pittsburgh landscape company since March 2002. The company provides groundskeeping and landscape management services, as well as interior plantscaping services to about 1,100 corporate and business customers.
Prior to joining Plantscape, Falatovich served as a manufacturing manager at ABB Extral, a high-tech instrument manufacturer in Pittsburgh; as vice president and chief financial officer of Advanced Technology Systems, Monroeville, Pa.; and as controller at Red Zone Robotics, a Pittsburgh robotic engineering/manufacturing firm.
Mr. FAlatovich graduated from Saint Vincent College with a business management and accounting degree. Later, he completed the Entrepreneurial Management Program at Carnegie Mellon Univeristy. He lives in Jeannette, Pa. with his family.
